"12 weeks ago I started attending GTT Hobart ... they had a six week challenge  I loved the first 6 weeks (and lost enough weight that those 6 weeks were free!) that I "doubled up" and went for a second 6 weeks.

 

...12 weeks later, I've lost over 13kg and am fitter and stronger than I have been for a VERY LONG time....  I am the lightest I have been in the last 15-20 years!

 

If you have been thinking of doing something to lose weight/get fitter/get stronger or leaner... then I strongly recommend getting in touch with Daniel Lowry and his team at GTT. Their group classes are great (damn hard work sometimes but fun at the same time), the trainers and my fellow trainees are fantastic as well.

Thanks also to all my new friends that I've met at the gym ... it certainly makes it easier to attend regularly when you know it doesn't matter what time you attend, there will always be a great bunch of people there to share the pain and hard work with!"
